2009 Entered the Chai Gourmand in Gembloux, starred in 2013
2014 IFAPME trainer in Namur and contribution to various restaurant openings
2016 Opening of the Bistronomic restaurant “Autour du Vin”, for which we received the “BIB Gourmand” from the Michelin guide, 14.5/20 at Gault & Millau, as well as the Delta d’Or in 2018
2018 Departure for a culinary journey for more than 3 years across several continents Having always been driven by the desire to improve myself and discover new cultures and techniques, I worked in different restaurants, which made me discover a unique vision of HORECA with values specific to each country.
2021 Back in Belgium, my head overflowing with ideas inspired by my travels and the desire to share my experience, I launch Mano_Eat!
